I think I might be done with all the D.C. shows.
Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Dude, Logan Echolls on iZombie.
Dude, Logan Echolls on iZombie.
I know! I let out a little squeal, I won't lie. He's the whassherface, the dead CEO's brother, right?
I gotta say it was nice to see Blaine back on form again. The pretending-to-be-redeemed Blaine all season bored my pants off. Although it was sort of worth it to see Peyton pull the rug from under him. "I'm a lawyer, remember?"
I'm like 8 episodes behind in Arrow and who knows if I'll even catch up. 'Tis a sad state of things given that it was my favourite show on TV 3 years ago. Ah well.
Vonnie, that finale was worth watching and maybe a couple of the episodes leading up to it.
He's the whassherface, the dead CEO's brother, right?
Yes. He wasn't lit great, but I kept thinking I recognized that squirrelly face.
I gotta say it was nice to see Blaine back on form again.
I did not think I would be that glad to see him again, but it was pretty satisfying. Poor David Anders must be tired of bleaching his hair.
So, um, has there been an explanation that I forgot about why some zombies turn pasty white and some don't?
I believe they all turn white but some colorize to pass as human.
Plus, I think it had something to do with how long it takes them to get their first taste of brains.
That really wasn't much of a cliffhanger, Arrow. Sheesh. We have watched TV before, you know. Also, are we supposed to actually believe Malcolm died? Not only was it fuckin' Malcolm, but it was off-screen. He's so not dead. (UGH. JUST KILL HIM ALREADY.)
That said: It was raining on my face a couple times last night, and all because of Oliver completing his hero's journey. (when he forgives himself for Robert's death. I AM SO PROUD OF HIM.) Stop doing the thing with your face, Amell. Jesus.
He's the whassherface, the dead CEO's brother, right?
I totally missed that! Off to retrieve the show from the TiVo trash bin...
iZombie, I still enjoy, but I gave up on Supergirl and Flash. Pretty sure I am giving up on Arrow now. I've enjoyed fic more than the show for 2 seasons now.
That just frees up more time for me to catch up on all the cable stuff I missed the last 10 years.
