On the other hand, WTF PLUTONIUM??!!?!?!?!

Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I'm caught up on all the superhero shows but Supergirl which I'm catching up on today. I'm enjoying it, but I also feel like it is checking off an Angel check list, a sanctuary bar and a fight club so far. And yay, Dichen Lachman!
Oh, and the DEO didn't know anything about a bar where aliens hang out, right in town? Not very good at what they do.
I'm loving Brenda Strong as the big bad this season! Such an unusual role for her.
Other thoughts:
I hate James's current storyline. And I miss James, Winn, and Kara working together.
Alex is supposed to be under 30? And so far along in her career?
I agree with what others said about Chyler Leigh doing a fantastic job this season. And now I'm out of Supergirl episodes to watch and sad.
I'm caught up with Arrow, and the Quentin-as-Prometheus thing has to be a misdirect. I don't think he has the skill to fight the way Prometheus does.
Also, Dolph Lundgren has aged well. Dang.
I cheered when Iris ducked Wally's punch and hit him.
So I'm happy that Thea got him into rehab and all, but why are we spending more time on Quentin's alcoholism than we are on Felicity's PTSD?
(Speaking of PTSD, some amazing acting during those flashbacks. hoo boy, the way he flinches and trembles when the hood comes off.)
Supergirl may be my favorite of the Super shows right now. They've really stepped up their game this season. While I miss Cat, I appreciate that her absence has been giving the writers a chance to grow Wynn and Alex's characters.
Arrow has gotten better about intertwining their storylines this year. I think the Mayor Ollie storyline has been a huge improvement on the show by making his civilian life and his superhero life into two sides of the same battle. (Though they set the groundwork for it last season.)
I am so distracted by the transformation of Curtis' hair.
