The first episode (and, possibly, second) I watched was a repeat, so I thought they would just be re-running the last season. But without Abbie, I'm not sure I'd be interested.
'Lineage'
Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I stopped watching Sleepy Hollow at the end of the last season, sorry. I was pretty much there for the Abbie and Crane show with occasional monsters.
Ditto here. I mean I like Tom Mison and Lyndie Greenwood, but it was Crane & Abbie's interactions that made the show for me.
I didn't realize that Sleepy Hollow was back. . . but then this week was Westminster Week and I didn't watch much on tv that didn't involve people taking a dog down and back in front of a judge.
Sleepy Hollow was all about Crane & Abbie. Without her, I don't care.
I haven't watched any of this season either. No Abbie, no show. (TOM MISON QUIT YOUR JOB AND GET CAST ON OUTLANDER SO I CAN WATCH YOU AGAIN PLEEEEEEEEEASE YOU WON'T EVEN NEED TO CHANGE YOUR OUTFIT.)
I would watch Outlander if that happened.
Tom Mison in a kilt ... has possibilities ....
Eventually they get to the Colonies: he could totally be the same character. . . but you know in the south instead of New York.
Is anyone else not feeling the new Sleepy Hollow? I now know that a great part of what I liked about the show was Crane and Abbie interacting and his wonder at the new world. I realized it when I enjoyed the 2 minutes of Crane talking to Abbie's grave more than I'd enjoyed the entire season.
I'm still watching, but they definitely haven't found their rhythm with all the new characters. And I'm really hoping Jeremy Davies stays disappeared. But I love Mison enough to try for a while.
And is it just me, or does it bug anyone else that they don't seem to talk about any of the others that also died? F'rinstance, every time New Guy crushes on Jenny and they DON'T mention that her boyfriend just died, also, as well as, it annoys me. They keep going, "You're not her type," but not, "Well, this job brought her and her boyfriend together, then got him killed, so maybe give her some space, mmmkay?"
Anyone else watching Humans? I just watched the first season when the marathoned it a couple of months ago, and the second just started this week. It's interesting! (Concept: what if humanoid robots gained consciousness?)
