Oops, that completely slipped by me. Here's hoping the CW has improved their website video player since the last time I wrestled with it.
Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I'm watching Legends now. I've missed this show!
I did watch the pilot for The Bad Batch; it wasn't terrible, but it's trying to be both a children's show and good for adults, and I don't think it's treading that line very well. It continues to treat the programmed Clone Troopers like cannon fodder, even when they're the genetic siblings of the heroes.
Is anyone else watching Debris? It's chock-full of Fringey goodness.
Ooh, I meant to watch that when I first heard about it but then I forgot. Thanks!
My sister loves Debris. She was surprised that I wasn't watching it, but I promised I would get on it.
Yep. One of the nice features so far is that the story is getting advanced by the leads communicating, even when they are not supposed to.
I get so frustrated by stories that rely on miscommunication or lack of communication.
It took me a few episodes to realize the audio over the end credits is different each time and seems to be a hint to some backstory.
Thanks for mentioning that, aurelia, so I knew to pay attention. I think this weekend was the perfect time to catch up on Debris because the first several episodes had me not sure how much I really liked it/could follow it, but these last two were terrific so now I am IN
We are watching Farscape with the kids and have finally gotten over the hot mess that is the first half of S1. (Not that the individual eps are all bad, but the episode order is so bonkers that the relationships do not track at all from one ep to the next. Now we just need Chiana's accent to stabilize and we'll be all set.)
Anyway, Aeryn (my daughter) has confidently stated every time it looks like Crichton's in danger that she's not worried because he's a main character so he has to survive and I truly cannot wait for this innocent child of mine to get to S3.
