That would be easiest. They've already asked me to believe that Brandon Routh and Tyler Hoechlin are the same person, I think I can stretch my willing suspension of disbelief to casting changes.

Boxed Set, Vol. VI: I am not a number, I am a free thread!
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I love when someone recasts a character and just ... slips them in. I remember the original Dynasty and they recast a character, but had him requiring plastic surgery after a horrible accident (I think he also grew a few inches but ... whatever). A soap opera I used to watch once had a character start at the top of a bluff on the California coast, start down the stairs to the beach and, at the bottom, ta-da! new actor!
Yes, I much prefer the cast change with no explanation. The part of x will now be played by...
Soap operas are the masters of that. SMG got replaced on AMC back in the day...
I'm bummed about Ruby, I quite liked her. Apparently she suffered a spinal injury doing stunts while filming a movie last year, so my bet is on things being too stunty in Batwoman that would potentially further injure her spine. She will be missed.
I really need to finish watching Fort Salem... I think I made it to episode 6.
I generally have less than zero opinions on portmanteau names, but I have seen two excellent suggestions for Zari/John Constantine on Legends.
Hellbreezer.
CONAIR.
Hartly Sawyer has been fired from The Flash for having been a racist, misogynistic dick.
The worst part is that this means the actress playing Sue Dearbon, who was great in the part, is probably gone, too.
Big fiery explosion over skyline, cut to Sue looking out a window it's reflected in. Sue gets horrified look on face. "But... the refinery/stockyards/airport/marina was where Ralph was headed to look for clues!"
Can't Ralph just mold himself a new face?
Maybe. But after what's happening at Batwoman (they are handling Ruby Rose's departure by giving Batwoman a new alter ego) I have no idea.
