Gud, will you try something the next time she gets mad at you? Instead of immediately blaming yourself, try to ask yourself some questions. Is she being reasonable? Would you be mad at her if the roles were reversed? Think of someone you know and consider to be reasonable and ask if that person would be mad in the same situation? Please don't simply accept everything she throws at you because you really don't deserve it.

I think that's good advice, aurelia.
When I am Empress I will have all the shoes, and all the luggage, and all the bearers to carry it for me. And no airline will dare to charge me for it, nor be a dick to their customers either.
Son of a bitch. Another morning, another network failure on critical systems, taking the wheels of the bus. IT is on my shitlist.
Aurelia is wise.
I had two separate nightmares about going to the back doctor on Thursday. One where the receptionist was telling me where the doctor was too busy to see me, even though I had an appointment, and one where I had to have some kind of unpleasant medical procedure.
Thank god there was no 7AM meeting this morning. (Uh, maybe literally, since it was cancelled due to Passover.)
Would you be mad at her if the roles were reversed?
That is a big one. It also works as a question in another direction. One my mother helped me learn. It is easy to feel guilty when your loved ones are taking care of you. When DH or the kids are taking care of me I force myself to ask would I be taking care of them if the situation was reversed. If the answer is yes, then no guilt allowed. We all screw up sometimes and we all need help sometimes.
Lol. Thank G*d indeed, Dana!
Sadly that does not cancel any of my meetings. And I have a lot of work to do. But I have Friday off, also because God (Good Friday). But first a lot of work and a lot of running (I did not run last night when I was supposed to. So I have to tonight. And tomorrow)
One half of this lesbian couple wants a one-piece wedding outfit. I am waiting to see if this means a jumpsuit, a romper, or...something else.
Like...a dress?
Apparently a one-piece is different than a dress, at least at Kleinfeld's.
Also, this episode naturally involved Pnina Tornai.
I have sent two scary emails this morning. Can I go back to bed now?
