My lovely reading chair is also a lovely nap chair, and it's a blustery evening out. And now I have food inbound and Miss Fisher playing. For myself, a lovely evening.

Ah, spring in Utah.
I was driving around with the top down today. Beautiful weather.
Yeah, this is coming your way.
That is awesome, Aurelia
Timelies all!
Weather's warming back up again. Yay!
Measurable snow on the ground the morning. Melting quickly.
Is it entirely legal for a company to say, "Telecommuters can access your W-2 on this website, and we'll only mail it to you if you ask us to." My sister says it isn't, she says the burden of getting the W-2 into your hands is on them, not you. They have to hand it to you or mail it to you. And by you, I mean me.
That's what my company does, "The W-2s are on the HR website, log into your time card, and there's a link for you to print yours out." I haven't received a paper W2 that I haven't printed out in years.
Is it entirely legal for a company to say,
Yes. It can be mailed or it can be digital. If it is digital they don't have to give it to you until the end of March (if only in paper, they have to send it by the end of Feb).
It's beautiful outside and the pollen has arrived.
