Last night I was reviewing the things I've done at my current job over the last 21 years, and I realized I could add: "Developed custom software to manage final construction of five billion dollar offshore oil rig."
I'd say that's definitely worth including on a resume, Tommy!

Oops, thanks for the reminder. I did fine with the malaria pills while I was traveling but I am being super crappy about remembering them now. (You take these ones for 7 days following your return. They also have a 30-days-post variety which would give me lots more opportunities to screw up.)

I feel like the worst thing Tumblr has done for me is make me impatient with people, say, 22 and under who have stupid opinions.
That said, JESUS some of these young people have stupid opinions.
I do that without Tumblr. Although it doesn't come up as often, I would bet.
Someone please help me to write these interview thank-you notes? I swear these are harder than cover letters! (Compounding the difficulty, these are people I already know since it's an internal transfer. So I can't be too casual, but I also can't be too formal. ARGH STUPID JOBS WHY DO WE EVEN NEED THEM.)

Chief among them, the idea that 25 is "old", especially too old for fandom.
But also bullshit anti-trans ideas and their castigation of the term "queer."
(Look, what I basically just want from Tumblr is Riverdale GIFs and pictures of Chris Evans. Not youngsters being Wrong On The Internet.)
Oh, I forgot -- the whole reason I came here to post is that I wrote a note to myself in one of my manuscripts (in all caps) that says "NEED DENOMINATORS" and suddenly I feel like someone let a Dalek get ahold of my manuscript.
