I wasn't able to sleep last night. It's going to be a rough day.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Ooh, that's fun, Dana!
I'm trying to decide how best to subtly have someone to walk to my out-of-the-office meeting with, because I still feel awkward walking into place alone.
Oh! Enjoy Wait Wait! One of my favorites.
I got an Ancestry DNA kit and am sending it off today. We know just where Mom came from, but have no clue on Dad. DH has a completely different mix from me, and son's GF has an entirely different mix! So my potential grandchild would be Irish, German, English, Russian, French, Cuban, and Scottish! (and likely a few other varieties)
Thinking about cars from yesterday. There are some cars I don't understand.
The Acura ILX. I've been in one and it really feels like a Honda Civic that just costs a whole lot more.
The entire GMC brand. Why is there a whole brand for trucks and SUVs that look almost exactly like their Chevy counterparts.
The Fiat 500L. Isn't it basically just a less good looking Fiat 500X?
Why does Jeep have the Compass, Patriot, and Renegade SUVs? How many small SUVs does Jeep need to make?
Is Ford ever going to make a new Taurus? It started with an old Volvo platform and hasn't significantly changed in like forever.
How does Mitsubishi's auto division stay in business in the USA? They have a very small stable of uninteresting and old cars.
How does Smart stay in business selling one model that doesn't have rear seat? I don't understand how the Smartcar sells either. Wouldn't something like a Chevy Spark or Toyota Yaris be better in almost every possible way?
Why does Toyota sell a Mazda 2 as a Yaris sedan?
Why does Mini have both the Countryman and the Clubman?
Does Ford have any idea what they are doing with the Lincoln brand?
Jesse I thought you were going to say because you weren't sure where the out of office meeting was!
I had friends over and drank too much wine last night. But it was good
I was double-checking my House rep, and even looking at his picture, you an tell he's an obnoxious old man Republican.
I made an attempt to make calls but it was the same "the voice mailbox is full"
I got a person. For all that it matters. Which is nothing.
I think it's overcast outside, so maybe that explains my mood.
A shot of Toradol used to work for me sometimes, but the past two times I've needed a steroid pack.
I didn't know steroids were an option for migraines. I'd totally do that. Toradol works 90% of the time, though it usually takes 12-18 hours to really do anything, which always makes me wonder if it's the Toradol or if the migraine would have gone away in that time frame anyway.
The first time I had a Toradol shot, I literally felt the headache lessen about 20 minutes later. It was great. And unfortunately, future shots never worked that well.
