BTW, I asked my coworker if he'd say a hot dog is a sandwich and he absolutely thinks so and is appalled at the vast array of people who disagree with him. It came up because he said if you put a slice of bread on one side of the moon and another on the other it would be a moon sandwich, seemed like an appropriate follow up question.

Every time I post about Buffy on FB and a non-Buffista comments, my initial split-second reaction is "No, you don't GET it!" And then I realize how much of a Buffistahipster I am and give myself a mental shake.

I was cleaning off the side table, and in a stack of paper to recycle was old to-do lists, and on one of them, under a list of pet medications to get refilled (and a reminder to take a damn shower), was "don't let the existential dread in." I wonder how close to the inauguration it was.
Aw, man, one of the Oregon State Parks sent me a notice that a site was available around eclipse time but when I look at it it's a mooring site. Way to get my hopes up, park system.
However, looks like my Wonder Woman stuff came in time for tomorrow's 5k! So what color cape should I get? I think I'm leaning towards blue.
