Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I could work with that house! (Would also cover the dishwasher ASAP....) If nothing else, I'm glad to see when people do work to their actual taste and not just generic popular styles.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Thanks for the support everyone. I have lots and lots of anger today, but I am trying to hold it in.

Worked out with the trainer and got my nails done.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Took Mr. S for a haircut. Have now put him in the crib to nap. He's not happy about it.

Ugh, I'm so mad at people on Say Yes to the Dress who don't want a white gown that I am now looking at multi-thousand dollar gowns at Neiman-Marcus so I can somehow shove links through the tv at them.

Thrive to spite them

Jesse I always get frustrated at the women who are super picky but have such a short time frame they have to take whatever is available. "I don't think I'm going to find my dream dress!!!" well it's 6 weeks before your wedding so probably not.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Car ~ma that your Jeep keeps working and happy, Connie!

After my epic meltdown last year I've decided to not really give a shit.

This is where I'm at. Nobody at work "saw" me melting down, but it did affect my work performance, and I learned, among other things, that doing my job well enough is good enough, perfection is not in fact required, and I need to fucking relax and start some fucking hobbies or some shit, or I'm gonna lose my mind again. Getting my life and my sanity back is way more important to me than getting the biggest raise and bonus possible.

In other related Me news, the Effexor is working. I'm not nearly so depressed and anxious anymore. It's frightening to look back on how I felt most of last year; I can't believe it took me so long to go get help.

Art Crawl!!!

One of Rick Bayless' cookbooks is on sale for $.99 on Kindle.

That house: the kitchen and bathrooms are too much and that one wall in the basement is a total fail. Otherwise, like the house, love the porch. (Porchswings - yes!)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Hooray! It really is better, and it's so hard to remember that when you are depressed. It seems obvious in retrospect, but it never is.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Love the porch! And thanks for the link, similar, I'll read that for a dollar

Sounds like somebgood decisions of late, Zen.

I don't know why, but I seem to be very tired today. So maybe I will just rest.

That's great. I was worried about you last year.
