Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes, it looks like the people on stage handled it as well has humanly possible. Heads gonna roll no doubt.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Apparently there was also a mistake in the In Memoriam reel.

2017, come on! You can't be this bad at everything!

I've taken to watching an episode of White Collar from time to time. It's not something I would pick out, but my wife doesn't like to watch anything I pick out, so it's a good compromise. While the show is fine, the level of Ford product placement is simple amazing.

Is it as good as it was on Alias?

"No! Take the F-150!"

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think Eureka centering a whole plot around deodorant is still the bar-setting example of product placement.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

The most blatant White Collar one I remember is when Elizabeth had to demonstrate how the car could parallel-park itself.

brillig

I remember an NCIS episode where they framed a shot during a tense standoff with a closeup of the star's hand framing the Ford logo.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Community had some amazing product placement for Subway.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The most blatant White Collar one I remember is when Elizabeth had to demonstrate how the car could parallel-park itself.

That was the one I was going to say!

I've been mostly offline since 10 last night so I'm sorry for the delayed reaction, but: Is every big choice going to be unprecedented from now on? (I refer, of course, to the superbowl.)

Yeah, there's that one. Lots of lingering shots of the 'SHO' badge. Lots of shots of the center console when placing/getting calls. Using the seat massagers. Etc.. It doesn't really bother me that much, but it's kinda funny.
