This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Connie, it sounds like you're OK ... and, since swords don't make noise (aside from swooping through the air), you won't be in violation of any noise restrictions.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, so jealous, flea!

I didn't bring any crossbows with me, so I'm not tempted to do things to the walls.

Our wings are not tired.

In hope for humanity news a couple of people that I unfriended on FB still reached out to me, one via FB messenger and another text, to send birthday wishes. So not IRL unfriended.

Trying a new Indian takeout joint tonight. Told the family I wanted to stay in inside pants and watch recorded tv while eating takeout. So Paneer Tikka Masala and Lasuni Gobhi for me and various other stuff for the family. I'll try their sauces. Sipping sake watching sunset now. Ahhhh.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Aw, that sounds great, Laura!

So, got my hair coloured with some new dye that my stylist was excited to try and turns out it colored my hair down to the roots with no bleaching! Grey and brown -> blue and purple! Yay!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I'm a morning person, as long as you count getting productive by around 11am as "morning".

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Ooooh, -t, did you get the name of the dye? Bleaching (and the chance that I'll be job hunting again this spring) have kept me from going for fun colors so far.

Indian food sounds lovely. I roasted a bunch of veggies for dinner tonight.

o_a, naps are always good. And hi!
Hi !!

Yeah, shortly after posting, I did find myself in a nap. Sitting straight up in the hospital bed, with laptop on lap. I'm sure mom got a kick out of it as she came out of the bedroom to make breakfast.

This morning was "spa" time. Always makes for a lovely morning. Now I'm listening to the endless drone of a generator outside my front door (all day). We are getting new roofs. As HOA President, HAPPY! As resident, GRRRR.

But hey, I got a boat load of home made fudge from the party, so, eat a square of fudge, sugar rush, short nap, all good! Weird day, in a good way in my book.

Still not a morning person... fighting it tooth and nail!!!
