Why are they called Hawaiian rolls?
I think because they're sweeter than typical rolls. The King's Hawaiian package has an explanation on it.

Had lunch at my building's cafeteria. Tomato, mozzarella and basil pesto on a ciabatta roll, plain SunChips and Coke. Dinner will be baked chicken breasts and veggies.

So my poor Hazel is basically down to just eating treats, and I've been upgrading the treats! Last week, she was eating all the cat treats, but today I think all she's eaten is yogurt. She really loves the yogurt, though.
