Exciting Scrappy!! Though sad I'm even less likely to see you in person!

Jesse that's understandable.

Me, I went to karaoke last night but made good choices and didn't drink too much or stay out too late. So now I'm at breakfast movie, I'm going to see "Lion".

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay good choices!

One thing I love about Sundays is standing in my bathrobe, watching the heavy cold rain come down as people in their good clothes scamper unhappily to their cars as they head off to three hours of church.

Ah, and there's someone honking impatiently. I think I'll go leisurely put on outside clothes and wander off to the store. In a bit.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Three hours of church? That seems like a lot.

Congrats on the decision, Scrappy! I hope the Ann Arbor area treats you well.

Three hours of church? That seems like a lot.

LDS standard. An hour of Sunday school, an hour of gender/job specific meetings, an hour of Sacrament in the chapel. Many people only show up for Sacrament, but they're supposed to be there for the whole bit. There are so many people attending the various ward houses (one or more per neighborhood depending on population density) that they have to rotate the various worship groups though the required rooms.

Oh, and you're assigned to a particular ward/worship cohort depending on where you live. If you move, you're then assigned to a different ward, possibly a different building. All the services are standardized, anyway.

I ended up not getting to visit with shrift

What's entertaining is that I thought about sticking around to chat but I was starving by the end of the Town Hall. I headed home to grab lunch, and on the way, David and Matilda got on my train car. We had a chat and I got to see Matilda's awesome artwork.

Art Crawl!!!

Watching my recording of the gili at Westminster. There was a 12 year old Papillon that won it's class. She didn't seem 12 at all.

Also - I think that I'm not as fully recovered from my cold as I though. I keep trying to do my regular things and getting really exhausted.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

That was Sparkle, right, sumi? She was so impressive.

Art Crawl!!!

Yes! And I believe that the Schnauzer that won was also 12 years old. Amazing.

Our wings are not tired.

Ugh, meara! Cute friends that don't play mind games are plentiful enough. This one doesn't need to be included.

I'm fairly sure at least some of my extended family in the Mohawk Valley in Upstate New York added the faint t sound in my Uncle Nelson's name.

Wait a minute! We have the same last name and you have family where I was born and raised. I don't care if we can't find a hard link; I am declaring us related!
