Burrell, one thing that can cause (or aggravate) sciatica is that the piriformis muscle (in your butt, basically) can get clenchy and then won't un-clench, which traps the sciatic nerve and causes pain. One thing you can do is get a tennis ball and lie down on the floor and put the tennis ball between the piriformis and the floor, and use the tennis ball and your own weight to massage the piriformis.

Eight of my friends/family are doing an escape room on Saturday. We are doing a casino heist. Then everyone and more are coming back to my place for dinner, drinks, and games.
Today - not so much. I have loved all the FB messages and texts, but I haven't talked with another human yet today. I actually need to go to the hardware store for a new plunger to unclog my toilet. Glamorous!!! Later I'm going to a movie with my bff.

One of my coworkers is due to have her baby any day now. She's getting a little impatient with everyone keeping tabs on her. She was standing up and patting her belly thoughtfully, and I asked her if it was time. "It might be," she said. "I knew we should have done a betting pool," I said. "Yeah, then I could put money in it." "I don't think the mother is allowed to be in the contractions betting pool."
I will one day manage to get people to do an escape room with me.
