Happy birthday, msbelle! I hope it's the nicest one.
So yesterday was the funeral, and we had a party afterwards -- well, a lunch at a local sports bar we'd taken Dad to a few times. The food was pretty good, and my sister & I (and one of her friends) brought pies. People chatted & shared stories. And I didn't fall apart, go me.
But I was damned exhausted last night, and I'm still kind of tired today. Instead of going to my niece's hockey game, I'm looking at paperwork and filing stuff. Going through a bunch of CDs of photos from Dad. At least it's not raining.

The kids were discussing that with me and I told them to just look for a coupon or something and go to the drugstore. How did you do them? Even with my drug store variety the passport office took exception to my not totally open eyes. Hey, I have very puffy eyelids, can't help it without surgery! They are pretty fussy.

Well, I suppose the photos might still get rejected. We used an Apple app that helps you frame the pictures and gives you image files in the correct size. Then I uploaded them to Walmart's photo thing and had them printed. Cost 31 cents.
