And I would guess lush is probably likely on sidewalks given my limited exposure to urban cold-weather - can you get Yaktrax or the like?

There's nothing on the ground here, and I'm guessing nothing in Philly, either.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Do you have another layer, like a fleece cardigan, that you can wear under the trench? Layers are the key to cold weather.

I do and was planning on layers. Also gloves, and those I have layers too since my leather gloves aren't warm enough on their own.
