I missed something--what's happening to LJ?

LJ's servers are moving to Russia, outside such free speech security as US laws might have given it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Have dropped Hazel off at the vet for an ultrasound and thrown some salt down on the sidewalk, because of course our little stretch of sidewalk is the one icy spot on the street. Still, so glad we got rain yesterday and not the foot of snow they got to the west!

The status is NOT quo.

Is there a way to download my old LJ posts before I delete it? I used it a lot for awhile.

Our wings are not tired.

I know someone posted one a while back. All I see is one that downloads to csv posts without comments. One month at a time! That isn't very useful. I can't see how anyone not me would care about what is in there, but I would like to save it all before closing the account.

So as I knew, really, Hazel does have some kind of growth in her stomach. I'm not having them biopsy it because the vet said that was only if was interested in "aggressive treatment" v. palliative. She's almost 15, I'm not doing aggressive treatment. Poor baby.

Thanks, Calli.
