I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The child stayed up all night, waking me up multiple times because I heard the tv or him talking or because the dogs (we are dog sitting) heard him and got restless. like, he was still up at 7:30.

I finally got out of bed at 11:30 and now he is sleeping in the recliner, refusing to go to his bed.

I have done a round of cleaning (laundry, dishwasher loaded and running, borax sprinkled over carpets and my bed, dishes in sink washed, counters half assed cleaned, living room floor (aka Christmas packaging & ebay central) halfway cleaned.

Now cue the Holiday music.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

It is a nice quiet day here is Chez Suzi. CJ spent the night at a buddy's place and we'll be home by dinner. C is our shipping, I think. Kelly and I are just hanging out sharing holiday baking shows and doing a bit of a home spa with some gave, hand, and feet masks we got from Sephora. No real plans other than chilling out.

Oh, I got to open one present from my extra daughter, Vicki. She sent me a great book on whiskey and whiskey cocktails.

Now one of my cats is digging in the freshly-cleaned litter as if he expects to strike gold.

Thrive to spite them

My cat does that Matt.

I am sick. I don't like it. Especially since it is starting out like the really bad stuff that happened a couple of years ago.

But Christmas Eve is ok. Doing laundry and watching Doctor Who. Pizza for dinner tonight.

Tomorrow is pork loin stuffed with sage, butternut squash, goats cheese, and something else. With Brussels spouts and bacon, rolls, smashed potatoes. With hot chocolate bread pudding for dessert.

Eggs and fruit for breakfast.

The status is NOT quo.

ND has been in bed all day with food poisoning. Not the most fun way to spend Christmas Eve on a cruise vacation. Sorry to hear many of you are also ill.
