Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

Geez, I wish I liked baking cookies more than I liked eating them. Unfortunately I really like eating them.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Me too, Brenda. How is your dad doing now?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Yikes aurelia. Hope they can get that turned around fast.

Good thoughts, aurelia.

Our wings are not tired.

{{Buffistas}} Quick recovery thoughts for your mom, aurelia.

So we went to see a show last night with ND while Pix begged off claiming an early morning date with the sea. My best theory is that they had 3 bins: bin 1 held a few dozen costume designs, bin 2 held a few dozen scenery plans, and bin 3 held a few dozen music catalogs. The producer randomly picked about 25 from each bin and tossed them together. Then we had lights blinding the audience from time to time from being misplaced. Oh and the choreography which substituted throwing bodies around for what might have worked as leaps and lifts, with added extra rolling on the floor perhaps to smother body fire? We alternated between slack jawed astonishment, tears rolling down cheeks, and attempts to not laugh too loudly. I wanted to hug each cast member and pat them on the back with promises that this too shall pass and they should hang in there for the end of contract bonus. That's entertainment, folks. DH told me it was a good thing my introductions to theater with him were quality because he would never have gone back if that was his first show. What a hot mess.

ION, the Caribbean remains glorious and can hardly wait to see more shows!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

My resentment level for this 6:45 meeting is at "flames on the side of my face".
