I look more rad than Lutheranism

Memory foam is awesome, and you can also just get a topper for that.

Totes. And some regular mattresses have a memory-foam top instead of a pillow top. Though I don't know how much that affects flipability.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The only memory foam I slept on was hot as bajeesus

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have nothing to contribute to the mattress discussion.

I came in to say: I have barely worked today and it's been pretty nice. Started off by showing off my contributions to our Toy Drive gifts and admiring my teammates - we all had some fun shopping. Then shopped the outlet sale for something my sister wanted. Then chatted with our safety guy about the shocky-tingly thing my arm started doing recently and then trying to set up the track pad he gave me to see if that and a couple of exercises helps. Then it was pretty much time to go get lunch if I wanted to eat before my haircut, which I did, and then haircut and then post office, and I actually did a little bit of work after I got back before I came in here for a break but not much. ALl this slacking will probably bite me on the ass at some point but I'm enjoying it right now.

Thrive to spite them

I'm getting a mattress for Christmas.

Momy and I went and tried some. There wasn't a huge selection in my price range. But I tried some expensive ones including one that was $7000 something.

It was fancy memory foam which I found to be uncomfortable. Not enough spring or something.

I hate memory foam, so test before you buy. I like a hard mattress.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

We also probably need to replace our mattress, but it is not high on our priority list.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I feel like fhe flatness if memory foam without the springs would bother me. I hear they're not as bad for heat anymore, but that would also be a deal breaker.

I wish some hotels had them so you could get a real world trial.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I feel like I've OD'd on mattress types and descriptions today! Gel-encased spring coil pillowcase flattop pomade memory core workout...STOP!

I'm gonna close some tabs...

That's what's kept me away from them. I am a stomach/side sleeper and I like a plush mattress.

brillig

I'm not a fan of foam either, it holds the heat on me, and I sleep very warm. I'm kicking off all the covers by 5 AM because I don't set the thermostat as low as I did in the old house. The complex doesn't want it lower than 65 because of fear of frozen pipes (I would think there's a long way to go before worrying about pipes at 65).
