Nilly, I was thinking of you on Rosh Hashanah and wondering if you still made your Yom Kippur post.
It is good to see your pixels (and it delighted me that you posted on the 17th).
How are you?

Hello, Nilly! It's always good to see you!
There's a good reason to be afraid of the jillifonts.
Ugh. ltc pushes a boy at school today from a raised surface to the ground. The boy wasn't hurt, but he was very scared. Poor boy is the sweetest thing and already doesn't want to be at school.

That's the best story all the year.
Nilly, it is always such a pleasure to see you, and I realized reading your Yom Kippur message how much I appreciated it. Not that I have anything to complain of from you, of course! I just thought, what a wonderful idea and what a great idea to take to heart. To just strive to be a better human is a worthy goal. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I'm not really here, I'm unpacking (we just moved, so much is still packed in boxes, you can only see some bits and pieces from what will eventually become, hopefully, a home), but I had to log back in, because I had to post that today is the Phoenix Board's birthday.
We first started posting here on September 17th.
Of 2002. Which is completely impossible. Well, either that, or the current year can't be 2018, because this is still the new shining board for me, so it can't already be a teenager.
Then again, I'm logged in and typing from my phone, so some things have definitely changed.
And yet, it still feels like home.
[Edit: thank you for the lovely words, y'all!]
It's good to see your pixels, Nilly. I hope that your new home is filled with warmth and joy.
And now she went in my purse and ate another expensive lipstick. Thank goodness that the sitter is here because I'm so done with this child today.
2002?!? Unpossible! That said, always good to see you Nikly, even if only briefly!
