Mal: Well, you were right about this being a bad idea. Zoe: Thanks for sayin', sir.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I'm so sorry, Sophia. She went the way she wanted, at home, after a good long life with you.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Everyone needs to get a good night sleep and come ready to post like it is the early oughts and we have new Buffy eps, I AM JUST SAYING. I'll likely only be online here tomorrow and an active board will make the day go by faster. sleep tight, sweet dreams.

come ready to post like the wind. or post like a thing that posts a lot.

sara, glad to amuse you, but ai sweat that outfit might have to exist if this nonsense keeps up. People telling me that hot flashes last 8-10 years and you can be perimenopausal that long. HELL NO. I will NOT be ok. There were pills to take for cramps and shit when that started up. I started on some natural remedy stuff, ginkgo and will try some sage tea that was recommended, but I am gonna need a pill situation that I can take to ease this nonsense. I am also considering ice packs in an elastic wide belt thing to just put on throughout the day. All the men at my office are about to get real comfortable talking about women body stuff.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I found my kitty passed away under the dresser. My poor little boo.

I'm sorry. Wish I could wrap you up in a hug.

brillig

On my Koogie's last night, he tried to jump out of bed and head off somewhere, but he was too weak to get far. I picked up his frail little body and tucked him in beside me. He crawled his way into my hair, his favorite ever place, and a couple of hours later he went away.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Challenge accepted, msbelle.

Actually, I will certainly try but work keeps wanting me to do work, it's very inconvenient. But I will make every effort.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm so sorry, Sophia.

Herding cats for fun

Oh Sophia. I am sorry to read your sweet old cat has left her body.

I am a little envious about making it all the way to 20. My oldest ones got to 18 and almost 18. I keep telling them I really want the chance to brag about how my cat is 24 but I don't think they care because their age is just a number they don't understand anyway.

Sending fond momcat hugs through the ether to you tonight.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm sorry, Sophie.

Tonight was the first night of the new season of chorus, and I'm stoked because I like the songs we're singing. Among them: one of the songs I recommended. Go me!

I have jury duty tomorrow, bah. I wouldn't mind so much but it's in frelling Hayward, which is way out of my way.
