I got a time-off award at work a few weeks ago. I'm considering using it to allow myself to sleep in every Monday morning -- at least for one more hour. In honor of that, I slept in today. But now I must get moving...

Fred, yes, but he refuses to consider either. It could be because he knows hundreds of doctors from my business. Also, he has had adverse reactions each time he has taken medication for anything, so not interested in trying brain stuff. Odd chemistry. Most antibiotics just plain don't work. Stuff that should make him sleep makes him hyper and stuff that should make you hyper puts him to sleep.
He is super bright so I have tried to encourage him to use the self-directed online mental health programs. He has expressed interest, but hasn't followed up. He particularly sinks badly when one of his peer group dies, which is far too often at his age. His roommate's 14 yo old brother died unexpectedly (I don't know how) the weekend roommate was moving in with him so I don't know if he decided to stay home with his mother and bailed on the apartment. Who knows what is up?!? He has gone silent which is the big issue.
Fingers crossed, Laura.
Having my credit card compromised was an excellent tactic.
UGH. Nice play, universe.

"What did you make?"
"A giant model of my dog's head devouring me."
I came across this and it gave me a bit of a lift.
Aw, Starships. It's a classic.
"A giant model of my dog's head devouring me."
That was AWESOME.
Oh man, that vid always makes my little nerdy heart so happy
