A different coworker just called so she could brainstorm ideas for getting us making actual progress.

Hubby had a surgery later in teh day once, and the surgeon came by after he finished an earlier one and asked if we minded if he took a nap first. We immediately said we hugely preferred that the surgeon be rested and refreshed before the operation. God, who would rather have a tired and cranky person operating on them?
