I am still inordinately pleased with this change from Animal Crackers:
Indeed! That delightful news was buried with all the political stuff taking the lead. The overabundance of political news is making my consumption of newspaper sites that much more important because the televised news can only focus on such a limited number of stories.
Would a little eye candy help? should be safe for work ...

I'm feeling overwhelmed and completely useless today.

And - for a change - something nice.
And, did you know, that there are now PUMPKIN peeps? Little poufs of marshmallow that look like jack o'lanterns, covered with orange sugar, with black eyes and mouths? I saw some in the store yesterday.
The supermarket has had Halloween stuff for a couple of weeks.
Oh, I've been seeing Halloween stuff ... it's just that they now have peeps for the season.
And, did you know, that there are now PUMPKIN peeps?
I miss being able to eat that amount of sugar, because ghost peeps were my favorite thing to make s'mores with.
We have some Halloween clothes for kids at work. Adorable clothes too so I don't mind. There is a black cat t shirt hoodie dress with cat ears on the hoodie. The same brand does a unicorn hoodie dress with ears and the horn on the hood.
