Zoe: Preacher, don't the Bible have some pretty specific things to say about killing? Book: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

Our wings are not tired.

Woot! Small victories are a delight.

I have been pretty darn productive today. Went for a 1.5 mile hilly walk with Zoe before the rain set in this morning. Three days in a row! Then Zoe had her vet appointment to get her Lyme vaccine. We then took a ride to one of the local campgrounds where the owner was giving away a sleeper sofa per my sister. Looks good, going to pick it up Thursday. Yay free furniture. Then we drove to the city of Utica to do my grocery shopping for probably the next month at BJs. We got completely soaked with rain, but that's okay. Got more soaked bringing all the groceries inside. Did work stuff in between house stuff.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Woo Jess!

Sept is too far off, Jesse?

Ha! I was hungry enough to consider going to the vending machine for something I dont really want, but I found a can of dolmas in my drawer. Score!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Dolmas like stuffed grape leaves?

Yes. Trader Joe's had them in cans. Quite nice.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sept is too far off, Jesse?

Yes!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Small victory for me: the chip in my tooth was easily fixed, without novocaine, and with a minimal copay. Yay.

And therefore I got to come home early and take a nap and do some of my niece's jigsaw puzzle and drink a mug of tea before going to the gym.

... on a side note, St. Bernard breath is pungent. And hot.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

It is entirely possible we've jumped the shark. We even have the poorly-motivated move to a tropical location.

Thanks, all. We're about to get on a plane to Dublin, and I may not be online much.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

If you go to Temple Bar (the actual bar named "Temple Bar" in the neighborhood of Temple Bar), tell us when, because there's a webcam there and we could see you!

...that might be creepy, tho. Or super cool! Up to you!
