The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Every time I take part in a yard sale, I think "I'll make sure to sit down and rest a lot!"

Guess what I did not do at today's yard sale?

However, the sale went really well, and the only thing I bought was my holy grail of Fluevog ankle boots.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

My first car was a Datsun 210, from before they were called Nissan, that my dad had bought used and driven for several years and then my younger sister drove to high school and then I drove my senior year of college. It had no power going up hills but it never broke down and got great mileage. I think they sold it for $500 after I graduated. Maybe $200.

Nice Atropa!

Good dance day at Carnival of Stars. I did not by any of the pretty pretty clothes that I absolutely do not need.

I had a neon that my parents gave me after college—they had bought it used, drove it for multiple years, and I think it had >100k miles on it at the time.

I am worried my foster kitten is getting worse. I'm going to call the foster care in the morning—poor baby is still eating and using the litter box and meowing, but sounds SO congested and is sneezing a lot.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Aww, congested cats sound so pathetic.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

First car I drove was a 76 Plymouth Valiant that was a piece of crap. Had a tendency to stall at stop signs, so my folks got rid of it and let me drive the next oldest car, a 80 Toyota Corolla. It was a good car and lasted many more years after I went to college, where I didn't need a car.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

My first car (that was mine) was also a Dodge Omni! The clutch cable broke in stop-and-go traffic on Route 128 outside of Boston, and I had to power-shift for quite some way. It was a terrible car.

I had a nice trip to the mountains and now I have to clean the house and prep to spend the week dog-sitting. Bah.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Dodge Omni!

First car triplets!

What is even happening?

Oh my word. I don't know where outside of Boston, but 128 is generally a nightmare. You're lucky to be alive.

Coding and Sleeping

It was a terrible car.

In the winter, the door locks would all freeze up and I'd have to get in through the hatch, which didn't stay open because the struts would fail.
