I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Gah, sj. People are the worst.

I'm glad the trip was so good, sarameg. This aging parents thing is hard, it's good to hear about your , I don't know what word I want, sweet times.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Quiet weekend coming up. That's a good thing, because there are errands to do. Although, the forecast says thunderstorms both day..ugh.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My sitter works out at the same place as me and knew exactly the woman who harassed me today. Apparently she is obnoxious with everyone.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I had a cobb salad for lunch. How can I be hungry?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

So I'm trying to sell my drafting table on FB marketplace. Got a bite last night who says they can pick up today. I gave a morning window and an after 5:30 window. Person says they can do after 5:30. I was hoping to narrow that down some, but ok. It is now after 6:30 and it started raining. What are the chances I'm getting rid of this table tonight?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I don't want to confess how many posts I just skipped.

sarameg, that trip sounds tough and excellent. And tough. And lovely.

Between cramps and raining hard enough that I guess I'm swimming indoors this afternoon. Light drizzle, I'll swim in. Smacking in face? That's pushing it....

brillig

I just receive a thoughtful, enthusiastic comment on an old story I posted on Ao3. It would be creepy and stalkerish to track them down to send them flowers and cookies, wouldn't it. Few things are as good as a product of your mind touching someone and making them think.

What is even happening?

Aurelia, did you get rid of the table?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

skipping is a long honored tradition.

The plan was up for a 10:30 movie time. At 1:52 I finally got up. Ah well, so much for productive day. Perhaps I can have a semi-productive evening.
