All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Gud, your wife should learn to stop being an abusive asshole.

Our wings are not tired.

Laura, would love to see the dress.

I expect there will be a ton of pictures. All I got was the video, but will post more stuff later. Most people went with the tropical theme so the pictures are full of color. Sunrise was super pretty. I know others got that.

Also, another reason to celebrate the day, Zenkitty's birthday! Happy birthday, Zen.

Thrive to spite them

Gud yesterday I made mistakes. One that I made was not putting 2 pairs of earrings in a customer's bag. Her mother in law came and got them today. I apologized, she said it was ok she knew we were busy. And then we chatted for a bit and she said she is moving to the area and looks forward to shopping here.

That is a stranger who had to make an extra trip because of me and yet she was nice and kind.

I also messed up and didn't punch in right and that had to be fixed and my manager was ok with it.

Most people treat others kindly when mistakes happen because we are human and no one is mistake free.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Yes. Of course we feel bad when we screw up, but we need to be as forgiving of ourselves as we are with others.

I am loving the pictures from England. I hope the target sees each and every one of them.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

A sunrise wedding sounds lovely, Laura. Congrats to your whole enlarged family!

England and Scotland are making me so happy right now.

And thank you, Laura! It is indeed my 55th birthday, AIFG!

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Happy birthday, Zen!

And congratulations, Laura.

And Gud, as everyone here said - it's impossible not to make mistakes as a human being. How about trying a more reasonable goal so that you won't be as stressed as you are?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Happy Birthday Zen!

Oh, one more cute story. (can't lie, there will be more) My DIL's FB name was Tater Bree, until today when she changed it to Tate Brianna Holt. My first thought was, awww, she isn't a tot anymore. Their friend who officiated called her Tater throughout the ceremony which made me wonder if he knows that isn't actually her name. (He should since they have known each other since birth)

For the name change discussion. She debated various options and went with her middle name of Brianna instead of her maiden name, Bent, because 3 one syllable names didn't flow as well. She didn't like the more Cuban tradition of keeping a series of family names as just too many names.
