DH came up to bed and remarked "Nice outfit!" We just got back from Best Buy with two AC units and installed them. First world problem solved!

Yay!
This Fathers Day was a little more rough than usual for me. Which I guess is a sign that I'm disassociating and/or repressing less, and maybe a good thing?
It sucks when progress is measured by distress. And I *do* think it's a sign of progress for you, and progress is a good thing. But making progress can be hard as hell. It should be easier, damn it.
Y'all, I don't know why this just popped into my head, but there was a guy in my band yesterday wearing actual wooden clogs. Wooden clogs!
I can't stop looking at Twitter, but I feel like I'm going to lose my mind if I don't stop looking at Twitter.
I'm at outrage fatigue again, which is a dangerous thing. But I have a sinus infection in 90 degree weather and I literally can't to, like, everything.
Ugh, Amy, that sounds miserable. If you can't, you can't.
I have been told that wooden clogs are incredibly comfortable. I have not tried any and I find it rather hard to believe.
Sucks that healing hurts.
I am waiting on other people to do stuff so I can finish my part. Whee.
Heat fatigue. Ugh. Sinus infection in heat, ugh-er.

Do they still sell Dr. Scholl's sandals? I used to wear those, and now I'm thinking--why?
I'm glad you got a HFD hug, Gud.
Congratulations on your progress and determination, Tom.
I seem to have mislaid my October weather, dammit.
I just can't quite get into Twitter. Facebook is enraging enough. It's really hard not to engage, and yet it seems both sides just keep getting more and more entrenched, making engagement a frustrating waste of time and energy.
Ugh, Amy! Sinus infections are never a good time. I hope relief comes quickly.

I get that. I also can't help taking a quick look at the Fox News website every once and awhile. Not much mention of family separation there. The big stories are the IG report on the FBI, a corruption case against a Puerto Rican mayor, and a rude message written on a receipt at a restaurant.
