You could offer them notes, aurelia. I'm sure that would go well.
Man, my ridiculous brain somehow got convinced that I was meeting my dance troupe an hour later than we had agreed. To the point where the alarm on my phone went off and I just looked at it and said "that's not right" and kept to my leisurely schedule. Not a disaster, I just had to drive myself rather than carpool and I made it there before the first dancers went on. And then I stayed til the end when everyone else left early, so that's a bonus.
I have a migraine. If I still have a migraine tomorrow, my birthday, I am rescheduling my birthday.
As you should, though I hope it isn't necessary.
Yo Dana's brain! Stop being wrongheaded and treat her better.
Timelies all!
Raining here, again. We decided not to go to the festival thing we were thinking about today, even though they had it moved indoors. Mr. S has been a wild thing today, and we didn't have the spoons to deal with wrangling him.
Had a really nice weekend but now it's over and I don't wanna go back to work. Bah.
In other news, Netflix just popped up with season 3 of Trollhunters. Which is pretty good lightweight Sunday night entertainment...
I had a kinda lousy weekend and I wanna go back to work.
Reserved Black Panther on Redbox, but got too busy and didn't have time to pick it up. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of weeks.
My aunt's "celebration of life" was yesterday, and was everything she'd have wanted it to be. Not too many years, lots of smiles and some laughs to remember quite a woman.
Now I'm in the hotel restaurant, contemplating the drive back to MA.
May the the ride back be uneventful, Theodosia.
Hope your brain, and the rest of the world treats you well today, Dana. Also, happy birthday!
The shopping bag I keep in my purse goes in a little attached bag that says, "I need an extra day after Sunday. I shall call it notreadyformonday-day," and that's about right.
