I did tell you guys I put down my deposit on a Tesla? Probably looking at 6 months before I get it, but in the queue. I looked at the other electric varieties, but after reading many reviews I decided to go for it. Son & DIL working at Tesla doesn't hurt their rep with me either. Since they are in service they see the worst of it, but still have been pushing me to do it. Whee! Of course I'll be more excited when they tell me it is time to pick my options because it is being built.

My car has about 120,000 miles on it now and it's showing its age. It knows it is on the chopping block because the back up camera hadn't been working and suddenly started working again a couple days ago.

My car has 240,000 miles and I've been having thoughts about getting something newer and more economical. Hoping it can go to my son after that. Runs like a clock, but the sound deadening isn't what it used to be.

Yeah, between the kids working for Tesla and the no gas expense at all thing, that was a tipping point.
We went out to eat tonight and I was the only person in the restaurant wearing orange. At least there were several in my exercise class this morning sporting orange.
