Thanks everyone! I did sleep some last night and I cancelled everything that needed to be cancelled, except for a UPS delivery. They are Satan's delivery service, I'm sure. I have also massively overpacked and now need to run a few errands, all cat related.

Sue, I can personally attest to the usefulness of getting things done as a means to cope. Much more helpful than my other immediate coping mechanism of doing absolutely nothing. Sending loads of strength and support
