Well, my days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

msbelle, I'm so glad the kitty is okay!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Well done, Matt! That is a rare satisfaction.

Good job, kitten!

I really need to learn to be better with coupons.

My issue with so many of the coupons I get is that the store brand is still cheaper than the name brand and using a coupon. The main advantage to the Kroger customer card tracking information is that I get in the mail from them coupons for store brand stuff I buy.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay kitten!

Yay coupons!

Boo Monday.

Ann, that's a ferret.

My sister-in-law was a champ at couponing. She almost never saved less than 20% at the grocery store, and it wasn't unusual for a cashier to call a manager to approve an order with such large savings.

Can anyone give me the reference for this quote? I've googled and get nothing. [link]

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I don't think it's an actual quote -- "Paris by night is lovely by car" -- I think it's supposed to be a reference to Diana's death, implying that the queen would like the same thing to happen to Meghan.
