ltc slept in today after a rough night's sleeps after her shots from the pediatrician yesterday. I'm giving her lunch now and then it's nap time for her. TCG is tackling the leaves outside which is a huge project where we live. I'm feeling kind of lonely and might just nap myself when ltc does.

I was all set to stay in bed listening to the rain but a headache (I'm thinking sinus, not migraine) made me get up to take my Sudafed. Staying in my pajamas, though.
I got a short run in before the rain, and now I've had eggs and I need to do some paperwork. Bah.

I'm creating my T'Day menu and looking at recipes. I invited the friend that I unfriended on FB because we always do holidays together. She was appreciative of the invite but has to check with boyfriend (ick ick ick hope he goes with his family) first.
I am just unable to move and do anything, so I am trying to shift my brain from feeling guilty (shame spiral) to doing things I can do from here.

I just adopted the word DEMAGOGUE on wordnik in honor of Donald Trump. Erinaceous tells me that adoptions in honor of people do not go public unless the honoree approves it. so...
