I've never done the kitty or puppy thing myself. I've always adopted adult pets. Lazy R Us.
I like to think of it as rescuing the ones that get less love!
But also now I don't think I ever want to deal with kittens!
I went to the baseball game last night, it went into extra innings, so I didn't get home until midnight and still missed the end of the game and they still lost! Feh.
A has some art on display at the town library, so I'm working from home in order to be on time to the "gallery opening" and I'm in my backyard with iced coffee and my work laptop and it's just the most perfect thing ever and I think I might not go into the office ever again.
That sounds great, Jess!
We're there bobble heads, Jesse?
There were bobbleheads, but only for people who had bought certain tickets? So not for me, alas.
That sounds amazing, Jess.
Nice, Jessica! Working at home is a delight, but I can't see my laptop screen outside well enough.
I was looking at the baseball options for Friday night in Cincinnati and they have a special that involves Chewbacca bobble heads celebrating the 4th. Tempting.
Working at home is a delight, but I can't see my laptop screen outside well enough.
We finally got an umbrella for our patio table, and we got one that tilts so I'm able to block the glare. (It also has a tiny wee solar panel and lights for use in the evening! It is the best umbrella ever!)
I don't think I will ever adopt a kitten or puppy. I am leaning much more towards seniors for my future pets. But no new pets until mac is gone and I move somewhere else and get settled.
I was supposed to work from home today, but I left my laptop at work and now have a meeting at 3, so I am just staying. I might work from home tomorrow instead.
Wow, what an umbrella!
I am dizzy but I'm at work. Meh.
Oh! Sounds like an excellent umbrella!
