Our wings are not tired.

Oh well, apparently the HS picked another head coach. (hear my sigh of relief) Out of a pool of several great choices they went with a guy that was one of the school's prior basketball stars. He has minimal coaching experience, swears at the kids, and has other issues. Bottom line, I wish them well and am super happy to get my husband back to do lots of other things on the list!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh well, glad you get more time with B!

Aw, it's Omar Sharif's birthday. He was my mom's celebrity crush back in the day, which worked out well for my dad who looks probably more like him as they both age.

Diet Coke Zesty Blood Orange tastes a lot better than I expected. Not like Coke at all, basically, just orangey.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I remember Watergate, but I don't remember a lot of people abandoning Nixon. But, then, he was more of a standard Republican than Trump ever has been - he had a history of relationships and loyalties with Congress and agency heads.

sigh ... there's also the possibility of a situation with Panama ...

Good grief, Todd! I hadn't even read about the Panama crap. So many rage inducting stories that some get lost in the shuffle.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

....I wonder if they'll be looking again soon? Or if they are the kind of organization to stick with a decision regardless. Anyway, wish them well!!

At this point, I would be 100% unsurprised if polling places were surrounded by broken glass that people have to crawl over to vote.

Yes, I will crawl over broken glass to vote. It's true!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Rosenstein signed the warrant for Cohen's office. He's definitely in the death pool.
