I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Work took the rest of the day. Still waiting on things from one person so I can finish things I need wrapped up by 10am tomorrow morning for prelim close.

I cleaned up most of the messy stuff though, so I am not too worried. And I have the emails showing that I have asked for stuff more than once.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I spent almost the entire day in meetings, talking about what needed to be done, rather than actually just doing the things.

Because books.

All kinds of health~ma for your dad, Matt. The tech is probably well-meaning, but first things first.

Our wings are not tired.

Being in the hospital really does suck. I hope he is able to get some rest, although I get the reasons for moving around when you have pneumonia too.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

About half of you will be interested in this, and the other half will be disgusted, but TIL that IHOP currently has English Sticky Toffee Pancakes.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hope your dad is doing better, Matt. Or at least is being left alone as appropriate.

I spent almost the entire day in meetings, talking about what needed to be done, rather than actually just doing the things.

Saaaaaaame.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Much ~ma for your dad, Matt.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Thanks everyone. His fever was lower (though not broken) tonight and he was feeling a bit better. He was in less pain, though I think some of that is just getting better at not taking deep breaths. They're moving him to a sort of massage bed that's supposed to take care of the bedsore problem without moving his whole body.
