The person misusing my email changes their Comcast password a lot & orders weight watchers smoothie flavors that sound vile. (I don't like raspberry 'flavor'. Or French vanilla.)
That's a lot more interesting than the person using mine, who just really REALLY wants to read the Wall Street Journal.
(I am teaching myself Korean, and it is because of K-pop, but also I kept a diary in dwarf-runes when I was 16 so it's not like this is a new personality trait or anything.)
I am not teaching myself Korean, but I did spend all of middle school passing notes to my best friend in dwarfish runes.
FB has me as a very liberal black woman (which, for the purposes of targeted political advertising, ok), as well as Frequent Traveler (probably because my work computer thinks it's in Seattle) and Close Friends of Expats. Which is true but sounds like the kind of thing the NSA would use as an excuse to bug my phone, so I'm not comfortable with it AT ALL.
And a soccer fan, which isn't wrong, but not really what I would expect in the top handful of things.
Same. Also a frequent traveler. Awesome, hope it is predictive.
I get Far From Family, which I don't understand, my parents are 20 miles away and my siblings are in Oregon, is that far? Also Far From Hometown, which maybe because I think FB thinks my hometown is Baton Rouge.
I got both of those, too, -t, and mostly a lot of stuff about how I use FB -- Android, wifi, etc. As far as I can tell there's nothing about my race there, though it does have my political affiliation as :very liberal".
Yesterday I got some new alligator loppers. It makes me want to break down some branches piled up in the backyard.
So far a busy weekend. Chiropractor at 5, then theater date tonight for opening night at the local community theater. Tomorrow morning work date with one of my office managers because she can't get shit done during the week. Then the March with the kids at 4. I know I have stuff on my calendar Sunday too, but don't remember now.
I was watching Mary Berry's new series on Great Houses of England, which focused on the families and how they lived in the houses (and some cooking). She was at the Duke of Richmond's house and talked to one of the daughters, a black woman who was adopted along with her and her sister when they were young. They talked briefly about how shocked certain factions of society were at the "contamination of the aristocracy" (the daughter's own words), but the Duke and Duchess said they were going to share their good fortune with children who might not otherwise be adopted. She's not the heir, but she has a lovely long title of her own.
ION, I have been attempting to cultivate a more grown-up palate. I wanted a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, but I was out of the fancy Swiss cheese I've been using, so I went with the old stand-by of American cheese. It tastes so good. Sometimes you just have to embrace your mid-century mid-American upbringing.
As far as I can tell there's nothing about my race there, though it does have my political affiliation as :very liberal".
Same, although I'm pretty sure "no information about race" = "white."
That's a lot more interesting than the person using mine, who just really REALLY wants to read the Wall Street Journal.
I finally wrote back to the mechanics to let them know that Jackie H wasn't getting their messages. I still get all of her OnStar reports, though.
