Teppy! Paging Teppy! I know the RX notes for the Tessalon Pearls say to take up to 3 times daily, but is it a really bad idea to take them 4 times? Say noon, 5pm, 10pm, 3am?
If the ones you have are 100 mg (so, 100 mg 3 times a day), you can bump that to 200 mg, but still stay at 3 times a day.

Thrive to spite them
Thanks to Mom I have a weighted blanket. As soon as I got under it and settled down I could feel the tension leaving my body. It was so relaxing. I am sitting up now and habe it draped over my shoulders and it feels perfect.
I am hoping it will help me sleep but I can already tell it is going to help with anxiety and sensory issues.
