It is not the pool house. Which is fine, because we are saving $275 a month instead of paying $50/month more in rent plus $1k a year pool. It has everything else we needed and wanted, tho.
Looks like my super-secret semi-plan to visit Seattle this summer just became that much more a strong possibility!
