Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

The maintenance light in my car came on(not really a surprise, as it passed 10,000 miles a few weeks back), so I made an appointment at the dealer for tomorrow morning. It means I'll have to get up early, but at least it will be taken care of.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

There was a cancellation! I might be getting my foot canal tomorrow- it is an exam possibly followed by treatment.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Hooray, Sophia!

If there is a tooth in my foot, I might have to die. I am so disconnected by weird mutations of cells.

Friends of ours are expecting a baby, and the OB/GYN -- after testing -- told them it was a boy. But then a couple of months later, now the OB/GYN is 99% sure it's a girl, and the previously detected Y chromosome was from what they called a "vanishing twin". And I am trying SO HARD to not say "Girl twin absorbed the boy twin and she's going to end up with teeth in her liver!!!"

I mean, I *already* said it, just not to the parents.

Oooh, and the parents posted on FB tonight about the change in the results of the chromosome test. They said that originally the results showed a Y chromosome, but now they don't.

There's a person in the comments going "If there's no Y chromosome, it's a BOY, duh! You need a new doctor!" For the record, the mom-to-be is a nurse, and politely said "XY is male and XX is female." But the person commenting is doubling down and insisting that XX is a boy.

This is where the Michael-Jackson-in-Thriller-eating-popcorn GIF would go.
