Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I wish I were on vacation. I'm going to try to take a few hours off on Friday, which will be something?

Tomorrow is my info meeting for starting work as a substitute teacher. Keep your fingers crossed that I pass muster. I am not very worried, the pay is very low and there is a shortage, so I hope I'm a shoo-in.

I'm home. I brought my dad's ashes and every TSA person was nice to me and offered condolences.

Also, got a tooth pulled. It has a couple of extra roots. It's amazing how painful it was, but also how fast. Fast if you don't do bone graph etc, I guess.

I'm also a magical multiroot. Last root canal officially clocked 5 (after previous root canal found & treated 2.) Reason the endo is nagging me for a free followup.

Worked from home due to ice. Mainly, not wanting to scrape it. Pumpkin's annoying hours are 9ish-11. Loki goes destructocat at 2. It's exhausting when they aren't being body warmers. Loki's the worst because he actually destroys things; Pumpkin just wants your hands all over her.

Got off work around midnight and was walking to the train with a friend when he slipped on the stairs and in trying to catch himself, broke his thumb pretty gruesomely. So we're hanging out in the ER tonight.
