I had to put down a $600 deposit before orthapedic surgery in 2014 :/ And of course only had, like, 200 and change left on my flex spending card and had to use 2 cards to pay it.
Ouch! We've still got room on our Flex card to cover it, but I'd never heard of anyone doing this before today. The lack of more than 18 hours notice was kind of off-putting as well.
And separately, I hope the surgery is easy and recovery smooth and your new doc finds out some useful stuff that helps you out.
Thank you. I'll definitely be happy if some answers come out of this.
Kalshane, good luck getting answers from the new doc and new procedure.
Good luck, Kalahane!
T, that sounds obnoxious! People should cc you!
I am still feeling like crap, and not sure what to do with myself. I hate to just zone out and watch law and order on endless repeat, but I'm not sure my brain can handle much else
Y'all, that thread change was EPIC
I believe in the curative powers of endless repeats of Law and Order.
When I was in the emergency room, after being called in by a doctor that ended up committing malpractice by bullying me into coming back for NOTHING...I had to pay a deposit. They wanted 2k, but I only had 500 on a card.
Despicable.
msbelle, you are WAY to into this new thread thing.
