That is so exciting Laura.
I am so sick of this weather. It's considerably warmer today but school was cancelled because of icy roads. M and I were going to get together but now we have to wait for the roads are clear.
It just adds to their adorableness that they want to have their parents there for the moment. Apparently her mom and I know, but the dads don't. Both dads are big mush balls so I will pack tissues.
Aww, mushy stuff!
We are still packing our house, because I live with two pack rats. The contractor has started -- in my town, you first have to have an approved plan to protect the trees, so they have been building walkways with wood chips and planks, etc., outside. My question for the Urban Forest Manager: WHY DO YOU HATE MY GRASS?
Hm, I picked up a pre-made mac & cheese last week (Wed?) from a fancy gourmet to go place and I put it in the fridge, till pulling it out today for lunch. It looks fine, but there's a kind of musty smell... tastes ok I think. I don't know if I should just chuck it or not.
I would probably chuck it, but I am a chucker. What kinds of cheeses, though? Could it just be cheese smell?
That's what I was thinking too - I messaged the place to ask.
So I facilitated a training earlier, and now I'm just out. I should respond to emails, but if they need any thought at all, it just feels like two much. I should not just kill the next half-hour before my check-in with my boss, but that might just be how it goes.
I'm apparently going to a Nancy Pelosi Town Hall this Saturday that's about the tax bill. It's simultaneously an onerous task and also super interesting to me to find out what's actually in this stupid thing?
Timelies all!
Mr. S's nursery school/daycare opened at 9:15, so things were starting to warm up when we left. It was still an adventure getting from the house to the car.
