I am sorry for all the cold weather people who do not enjoy the cold weather. warm layers and beverages to you all.

I slept in for the second day in a row and I figured out why I feel like death warmed over (but not flu-y, flu is going around and I decidedly DO NOT have the flu). My body which is supposed to be in full blown menopause, we took hormone levels and everything, decided that we are not done yet. 5 months of nothing and now a full blown period?!?! Jesusita body, that is not nice. So everything hurts and I am exhausted.

Today is the day I make mac drive again. He is an adamant no, but he needs to see that I believe in him and that he can drive and survive. so, we will run an errand and he WILL drive.

Not much more on the agenda for the day, maybe listing things on ebay. I did a second run of books to the half-price books yesterday, but did not get nearly the amount I did the day before, only $5.25. Several of the books were things from college that I am finally accepting that I will never read or reference again, oh hello philosophy books. Despite them being of no value, it did feel good to let go and create some space on the book shelves. They are still hopelessly overstacked, but it's a start. Reading has to happen in 2018.

Not as cold here as some Buffista locations, but still too cold for me. Luckily I don't have to go out again tonight.

I gave up on work, with my coworker and manager both out of the office. Husband is upstairs napping, since we're both still recovering from Christmas "vacation". Someone on FB posted a picture of cheesecake, and now I'm dying for cheesecake. The closest equivalent in the house is cheese.
