EM - who has converted to Catholicism - was hanging out for another 45 minutes until mass. And Emmett and I had a gloriously fun time taunting her by drinking champagne and watching her fume and squirm (because even though a new convert she would have rather been home drinking). I don't know why it was so funny - but it totally was. Wicked but fun.
Wait, what kind of Catholics don't drink? Isn't giving stuff up for Lent before Easter, not Christmas?

hasn't gone to Mass in the 7 years since my MiL died but got tipsy at Christmas dinner yesterday and told my in-laws that God sent us Murderbiscuit, so my concept of religion might be a little skewed at this point
ok, well, everyone seems to be ok.
mac was just in a wreck and the car is totaled. so that happened, not even 1 week with the license.

I do not like it here. It's too dry, and my nose is bleeding, and my throat is constantly sore, and the elevation is too high, and I'm dizzy, and I can't stop thinking about how these rich people took over this town and now bitch about the Indians building casinos and ruining their pristine views
