I don't know the particulars of the cake case very well. My feeling is that if the baker refuses service because of what he is creating then that seems like a legit issue, but if the baker is refusing service because of who he is creating a cake for then that is discrimination.

The record in this case says it was a 20 second conversation: customers inquire about a cake, owner says he doesn't do cakes for same-sex couples.
Frickin' Supreme Court. Stop being stupid!
That cake shop? About a couple of miles from me. I have told my family I'm happy with grocery store or Costco cakes. Please don't send them business.
Skipping to the end to let y'all know that my office cafeteria today is serving something they call a muffaletta, and I just wanted to let you know it is NOT. (Wrong bread, wrong meat, weird extra veggies, and no olives. It's basically an Italian sub on a ciabatta roll.)
That warms my heart, Jessica. Not that they are doing muffalettas wrong, but that you are telling us so.
(I've never had a muffaletta - wrong or right)

That sure seems like discrimination to me.
Whoa, someone actually explained the portion of their telecommunications bill they were expensing in a way that made total sense! Ingrid is now my favorite.
Do you want to, Suzi?
Sure, -t. I'd be willing to try. Just haven't had the opportunity and if I did, I honestly wouldn't know if it was a true muffaletta or not.
